It is an adaptogen and has been shown to boost physical and mental performance, and diminish fatigue. Rhodiola is use to get better mood, improve sadness. It works by regulating serotonin and dopamine levels and has an effect on the mood-regulating chemicals known as endorphins. In laboratory animals, it was shown to effectively prevent changes caused by stress such as those that affect appetite, physical activity, weight gain and the estrus cycle. Exercise Usually the muscles fatigue when the workout or the exercise is new to the body muscles. As the muscles and the body is not used to the new exercise the body muscles gets stressed. When your lungs are in desperate need of oxygen after the workout but they are not supplied with enough oxygen the muscles start to fatigue.
