Fatigue is a negative feeling resulting in reduced capacity to complete mental or physical activities. Feelings of low energy and fatigue are quite common, affecting about one-fourth of the population.
Causes for Fatigue
Anemia
A woman in her reproductive years, especially if you have heavy periods, have recently given birth or have uterine polyps or fibroid tumors can lose enough blood to bring on anemia. This is one of the leading causes of fatigue in women.
Your doctor will order a blood test and if anemia is the cause of your fatigue, you'll be given iron supplements and urged to add natural food sources like spinach, broccoli and red meat to your diet.
Caffeine Overload
For some women, the caffeine that revs most people up does the opposite for them. Caffeine is usually acts as a stimulant, but if you use too much, the opposite can be true - abuse brings fatigue.
If you try to solve the problem with yet more caffeine, your fatigue will actually get worse. Your best bet is to eliminate as much caffeine from your diet as you can. Look beyond coffee to chocolate, tea, soda and even some medications.

Also know as Golden Root or Roseroot, Rhodiola grows in cold regions of the world and has been used for centuries to cope with the cold climate and stressful life. It is an adaptogen and has been shown to boost physical and mental performance, and diminish fatigue.
Rhodiola is use to get better mood, improve sadness. It works by regulating serotonin and dopamine levels and has an effect on the mood-regulating chemicals known as endorphins. In laboratory animals, it was shown to effectively prevent changes caused by stress such as those that affect appetite, physical activity, weight gain and the estrus cycle.
Exercise
Usually the muscles fatigue when the workout or the exercise is new to the body muscles. As the muscles and the body is not used to the new exercise the body muscles gets stressed.
When your lungs are in desperate need of oxygen after the workout but they are not supplied with enough oxygen the muscles start to fatigue.
