Many people do not realize, and often underestimate, the importance of good Yoga. Health, as they say, is wealth. Good health is necessary to carry out daily tasks. When discussing healthy, many people would consider the condition of their bodies and forget about the condition of their minds. However, health is not only about alleviating and being free from physical aspects of health. It also means being healthy in mind too. An unhealthy mind results in an unhealthy body. Good mental health helps you to make the most of life and enjoy it. Good mental health offers you a feeling of well-being and the inner strength needed in times of trouble or unrest. Everyone knows how to care for their bodies. This is done almost every day by the majority of people. Exercise and eating the proper foods are the best ways of keeping the body healthy. But, how does one keep the mind healthy? A healthy mind requires a lot of work, as well as, a combination of the right foods and exercise. Most often, the food consumed has a pivotal effect on the body, as well as, the mind. A healthy diet consists of the right food groups with right number of calories. It does not contain an excess of sugar, salt, fat and alcohol. Selecting the right foods that provide energy helps the body to be healthy. This also helps the mind. An energized person is a happy person. Happiness is a state of mind. Without proper energy, a person can become angry, tired and sad. These are not good for the mind. Exercise is extremely important to staying healthy both in body and mind. It can be even done by healthy food for men. Being active can help a person continue to do things they enjoy and be independent as they age. Long term physical activity increases the benefits of long-term health. This is the reason many health experts advise individuals to be as active as possible and to set aside at least three days a week for some form of activity that keeps the heart beating at a steady pace. Physical exercise also has many mental benefits. For example, a person diagnosed with depression or anxiety is most often asked to conduct some form of physical activity apart from taking medication. This is because, the body produces hormones known as endorphins which improve mood and relieve stress. Depression can be alleviated by improving mood and anxiety can be relieved by reducing stress.(read entire article)

Marathi Films    Submitted as: Suraj
The National Award-winning Marathi film 'Killa', There were many Marathi films passed on it which got a theatrical release last Friday, has received an overwhelming audience response. In money terms, it translated into Rs 3.25 crore in the opening weekend notwithstanding the fact that it was allotted a limited number of 225 screens. And with a surge in footfalls, the distributors have decided to allot more screens to the film. Says the film's producer Nikhil Sane, "Although it is a small-budget film, the number of screens given to it was quite decent as compared to other commercial Marathi movies. Now following the good response, theatre owners have decided to allot more screens to it. Killa is currently running in 250 cinema halls, on nearly 4000 screens, which is equal to that of any other regular film. So far, it has collected around Rs 4.50 crore."There were many Marathi new releases passed. While some would say that the state government's rule on giving prime time slots to Marathi films in city multiplexes has done a world of good to regional cinema, one cannot ignore the industry's resurgence in the last few years — stronger content, more number of releases and higher profits, all without the aid of big budgets or superstar presence in the movies. Prime time success Rege writer Pravin Tarde, who has helmed the upcoming film 'Deool Band', says, "The story has always been the real hero for Marathi cinema and films like 'Balak Palak', 'Rege', 'Coffee Ani Barach Kahi', Fandry and others have proved that if the story is good, big actors are not required. The government's decision in favour of Marathi film screening has also helped immensely. The box office figures of recent films testify that." Whatsapp Sms    Submitted as: Suraj
Facebook is continuing its bid to bring a dash of Snapchat to all its apps. In a confirmation of rumors from the fall, WhatApp has overhauled its status feature with an option to share photos and videos much like you would in Snapchat Stories. Much like what you see in Iinstagram, you can stitch together photos and videos to illustrate what you're doing in a way that text alone wouldn't capture. They're encrypted like normal chats, Whatsapp sms says. The feature starts arriving today on Android, iOS and Windows phones. The status revamp is more than a little arbitrary (do you really need elaborate visual updates in a messaging app?), but not surprising given Facebook's recent strategy. The social network is visibly nervous about the possibility that Snapchat will scoop up users across all its services, particularly teens and twentysomethings who sometimes see Facebook as old and stuffy. And that's a very rational fear when Snapchat has 158 million daily users -- the service is big enough that you may join simply because that's where all your friends are. Whatsapp status is always passed over whatsapp past many years.(read entire article)
