This phenomenon, in simplistic terms, implies a in rise in the global temperature. The global temperature is the standard scale used to measure the impact of global warming. It is discernable that the earth is warming. The average global temperature has increased by.7 degree since the onset of Industrial Revolution.
It includes orbital variations, solar fluctuations, volcanic activity, water vapor and atmospheric concentration of gases, and some of it is attributed to human activities like industrialization.
The burning of fossil fuels, land use changes like deforestation; all these contribute heavily to make the earth a warmer and precarious place.
The future of the temperature rise hinges on the pace, at which the green house gases get stabilized, which, in its entirety, depends on the emission of green house gases. Hypocrisy: Thy Name Is India?

India, more precisely northern India has a sizeable Tibetan population; with the Government in exile being run in Dharamsala by the Dalai Lama. Numerous Chinese steps taken; both military and diplomatic to silence and quell the rebellion have failed. Is today’s Indian youth the best example of hypocrisy the world has to offer? Kashmir: An integral part of India; has been in the eye of a storm for the past sixty years. A thought which brings me to a very important question: When was the last time you saw a protest against Pakistani Militancy in Kashmir by India’s youth? Or support for fleeing Kashmiri Pundits?
Is India being reduced to a land where the youth will simply vouch for a cause which has maximum media attention?(read

A Miracle Called Mother

In my view, you can learn all your management skills from your mother. When was the last time you surprised your mother with a gift when she least expected it. Remember, when you were born you were the best friend for you mother and your mother was the best friend for you. We remove her from that designation of best friend, but, she never removed you from her list.
Remember the times when you were worried about something and you were crying in your own room and your mother overheard your cries. We would save ourselves from so many sleepless nights if we could share our problems with our mothers.
