Among several kinds of gears, Bevel gears manufacturers are significant. Bevel gears have the shafts of two axes intersecting, and the teeth are cone-shaped. Though the two poles are usually set at a 90-degree angle, they could be manipulated into other angles too. A spiral bevel gear has helical teeth and applies to vehicle differentials for instance.

One manufacturer has a long list of different types of bevel gears. Some of them are ground spiral bevels, spiral and straight bevel gears, zero, helical, hybrid, angular, stock gears and gearboxes. L-angle and custom bevel gearboxes too. A great variety of bevel gears and bevel gearboxes indeed!

What about their applications in the industry? Bevel gears and gearboxes of several types are used in machine tool and robotic applications that matter in almost every industry. Railway component manufacturing needs them just like the mining and textile industries. Automobiles and chemical plants use them on a large scale. Cement and steel manufacturing plants, cooling towers and hand and power tools would also need such gears and gearboxes. Printing presses ...
... and power plants besides foundry sand mixers need them too.

With such extensive applications, it is only natural that Bevel gears manufacturers are distributed all across India in high dimensions. Just like gears turn wheels, we may say that these manufacturers turn the wheels of industry and keep them mobile.

Straight bevel gears apply to low-speed uses like in textile machines. Spiral bevel gears are used in sewing machines. Hypoid bevel gears can connect the shafts that do not have intersecting axes. Miter gears have a 90-degree angle between the shafts and the two shafts have the same number of teeth. If the angles are less or more than 90 degrees, they are called angular bevel gears.
