Why Have Not You Found A Job So Far?

1. You are not looking for work
Perhaps the most important and obvious reason why you are still unemployed is that you are not looking for it. No, of course, you have long ago posted your resume on the job site and even added to it your most beautiful photo. Moreover, only during the last month you visited 6 interviews. Yes, only "the way and now there."
If you want to get settled as quickly as possible, concentrate. Choose the job you like. Analyze how competent you are in the chosen field, what you can offer the company, what are your real chances. If you want to immediately take over the director's seat of a large enterprise or after a specialized course become a highly paid specialist, your search will certainly be prolonged for a long time.

Think really. Do not be afraid to take on unattractive work. If you constantly improve your skills, someday you will certainly "grow older" to a higher position. Do not forget that even "odd" work is better than inaction.

2. You have too much ego
In connection with the prevailing crisis phenomena in the economy, many previously successful entrepreneurs ...
... and people occupying leading positions lost their jobs. It is known that the higher you climb, the more painful it will be to fall. Keep in mind that your pride should not cause you to sit idly by. Yes, it is difficult to start again, to become someone's subordinate, to stuff new "bumps". But if you have already achieved success once, everything will necessarily happen again. The main thing is not to give up.

Another question if you consider yourself an invaluable treasure for any company, but "naive recruiters" do not want to notice this. There is a need to revise your attitude and slightly lower the bar, otherwise you risk remaining completely unclaimed in the labor market and never realize your own ambitions.

3. You are looking in the wrong direction
It often happens that happiness goes around somewhere while you are trying hard to break a kilometer wall, beyond which it, in your opinion, is hiding. If you have always dreamed of becoming a designer all your life, but have finished studying in the specialty "Accounting" and are looking for work in the direction of audit, it may be worth revising your requests. Postpone the search, sign up for the courses of designers. Try to realize yourself in the sphere that is really close to you, rather than being imposed by relatives or friends.
