Jee Main 2017
JEE MAINS is one of the most top level exams which is held in the field of engineering. Joint Entrance Examination(JEE) is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE).JEE is two-tier examination (Mains & Advanced).The candidates can admissions in B.Tech/B.Arch programmes.The programmes are offered by NIITs ,IIITs and other engineering institutions through JEE Main exam while IITs offer these courses through JEE Advanced exam. JEE Main exam is also considered as a qualifying exam to appear JEE Advanced exam.
JEE Main 2017 is one of the toughest and most competitive exam for the engineering aspirants will be held in two modes online and offline. Aspirants who are selected need to clear JEE-Main exam which is conducted for admission to National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs). This year there have been changes such as for the JEE Main 2017 exam, the All India Ranks will be calculated without normalized score of class 12th marks now. Till the academic year 2016-17, JEE Mains All India ranks would be calculated with JEE Main scores and normalized marks of Class XII in a 60:40 ratio. In 2016, 1,30,0000 aspirants had appeared for the exam. In order to be eligible for JEE Main, aspirant need to fulfil basic criteria which includes date, Year of Appearance in Qualifying Examination (QE), number of subjects in the qualifying examination (QE), number of attempts.
The only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1992 are eligible to appear for the JEE Main Exam. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates, the upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PwD candidates who are born on or after October 01, 1987 are eligible. It is also important for the aspirants to note that the date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board/University certificate will only be considered. It is important to note that candidates who have passed their Class 12th Exam or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2015 or 2016. Candidates are required to note that those who are appearing in their Class 12th Exam or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2017 are eligible to appear in JEE Main 2017. Candidates should have taken at least five subjects in class 12th/ qualifying examination in order to be eligible for writing JEE (Main) – 2017.

JEE Main Admit Card
The JEE Main 2017 Admit Card will be released in the first week of March, 2016 (Tentative). The candidates will be able to download the admit card from the official website of JEE Main. To download the admit card candidates are required to provide their roll number and board details of 12th class or equivalent exam on the official website of JEE Main.
JEE Main Admit Card 2017 will be made available online by CBSE, tentatively in the second week of March 2017. After its availability, candidates who have submitted their application forms successfully, have to download JEE Main 2017 Admit Card by entering their Application Number and password, which they had registered with during the time of application form filling of JEE Main 2017. Before they opt for downloading JEE Main admit card 2017, all candidates have to provide their roll number and details related to class 12th board/qualifying examination. The same process is applicable for candidates who have passed class 12th the previous year.
Applicants are advised to prudently cross-check on JEE Main 2017 admit card particulars like Name, Date of Birth, Paper, Gender, Test Centre, State Code of Eligibility and Category, City, etc. If they find any discrepancy in the admit card of JEE Main, they must immediately report it to JEE Main Secretariat.

Enter your JEE Main 2017 application number and password (which you have registered yourself with during the time of JEE Main 2017 application form filling) and click on enter/submit then after you can Download your JEE Main admit card 2017.
Important: Before downloading JEE Main 2017 admit card, ensure that all the details reflecting on the admit card are correct.
Important instructions pertaining to JEE Main 2017 Admit Card
All candidates must carry their JEE Main admit card 2017 to the exam centres and produce them in front of the examiner.
Any candidate without having a valid admit card of JEE Main 2017 will not be allowed to enter JEE Main 2017 examination centre or take JEE Main 2017.
Difficulty in downloading JEE Main 2017 admit card due to name mismatch
In case, the applicants are not able to download their JEE Main admit card 2017 due to discrepancy/mismatch in their name as compared with their board data, will be provided facility to correct their name in JEE Main 2017 application form according to their board's data. After making the corrections, they will be able to download their JEE Main 2017 admit card.
What happen if forgot JEE Main 2017 Application Number or Password?
In case any candidate forgets his/her JEE Main Application Number 2017 or Password, then that candidate must use the account recovery option, which can be done by following some simple steps mentioned below.
Go to JEE Main Admit Card 2017 download page
Enter JEE Main 2017 Application Number and Password
If you don’t remember the aforementioned details, then click on “I can’t access my account”
A window will appear
Select any of the following two options
-I forgot my Password
-I forgot my Application Number
Click on “CONTINUE” button. The following options will get displayed
-Using Security Question & its Answer you chosen during Form filling
-Using a verification code sent via text message (SMS) to your Registered Mobile Number
-Using a reset link sent via Email to your Registered Email address
Select any one of the aforementioned options
Click on “CONTINUE” button
You will be directed to another page where details as per the chosen option will have to be filled. Enter the following particulars to retrieve your JEE Main 2017 Application Number,
-Candidate's Name
-Mother's Name
-Father's Name
-Date of Birth
-State of Eligibility
-Security Pin (case sensitive)
JEE Main Answer Key 2017.
After the JEE Main exam, the official answer key and images of response sheets (OMR sheets) will be displayed between 18th – 20th April 2017. Candidates can download the answer key through the official website of JEE Main. The candidate can even write written challenge if not satisfied by the answer key.
Challengening JEE Main 2017 Answer Key?
If candidate is not satisfied with the answer key then he/she can challenge the same by filling the online application form and for this process candidate need to pay Rs. 1000. Candidates note down that once challenge fee paid, same cannot be refundable
• Examinees who are not satisfied with the answer key of JEE Main 2017, can challenge it by filling an application form and paying the prescribed fee.
• While filling the application form for challenging JEE Main answer key 2017, the candidates have to login online, enter their JEE Main 2017 application number, date of birth and security pin (generated by the system).
• The fee for challenging the answer key of JEE MAIN 2017 and the recorded responses can be paid through credit/debit card or e-challan, which is non-refundable.
• JAB (Joint Admission Board)/CBSE’s decision on the challenges pertaining to the answer key will be considered final and no further communication will be entertained.
As JEE Main answer key 2017 will be released after the exam is conducted on April 2, aspirants can check JEE Main answer keys of last year.
JEE Main Application Form Fee
The payment can of the application form be made through two modes online mode (debit/credit card) or offline mode (e-challan of Syndicate/Canara/ICICI/HDFC Bank). The payment of the application fee can be paid till 17th January 2017.
