Certain exercises can help you increase your breast size naturally. These exercises would target the skin and muscle tissues in and around the breast area and would help tone the breasts in addition to helping increase your bust size.
Accordingly, you can swing your arms clockwise for eight counts and then counter clockwise for eight counts. Repeat the same for 10 sets each every day.
Wall pushups are very effective exercises when it comes to breast enlargement. All you need to do is stand in front of a wall at arm’s length. Placing your palms on the wall, push against it without bending your elbows. Maintain this position for about 10 counts and relax after that. Repeat the same for 10-20 sets.
Another exercise called the bench press would require you to lie down on a bench (on your back) with both your legs planted firmly on the ground on either sides of the bench. Keep your back and shoulders pressed against the bench, and hold a pair of dumbbells in your hands. Your arms should be parallel to the floor and your palms must face inwards.
