Butter Cookies Are Not Just Healthy, They’re Tasty Too!
A healthy and tasty diet is very important to ensure a happy and disease free life. A healthy diet should be included not only in your regular meals but also in your snacks. And healthy snacks if made tasty work wonders too. So the best way towards health is probably learning some simple butter cookies recipes. The prerequisites for making such amazingly tasty and healthy snacks include – butter, sugar, flour, eggs, salt and vanilla extract.
The initial steps of butter cookies recipes include creaming together the butter and white sugar until the mix is fluffy enough. The egg is then beat with vanilla stirred in. Then into the mixture goes flour and salt and the entire dough is well combined. The dough is left to be chilled for an hour and then they are cut into the shape of cookies. They are then baked in a preheated oven for 8 – 10 minutes.
Then they are taken out to enjoy the tasty treat.
