Situated in the Gulf of Thailand, visitors from across the world love to visit Ko Samui due to its clear blue seas and paradisal sands. The pose of the status is a symbol of purity, enlightenment and faithfulness.

3. Hin Ta and Hin Yai

4. Na Muang Waterfall

5. Mummy Monk at Wat Khunaram

Mummy Monk at Wat Khunaram offers an unusual sight of Thai culture. In 1973, monk Luong Pordaeng died in a meditative position, and since then his body has been on display. Worth mentioning aspect is that even after 30 years, monk’s body is not decayed.

6. Samui Aquarium with Tiger Show

This family oriented attraction offers close view to an array of colorful birds, marine life and exotic wildlife. However, the main attraction is leopards and Bengal tigers with which you can take photographs by paying extra.

7. Secret Buddha Garden

Hidden in high hills of Koh Samui’s interior, it offers majestic view of a variety of statues. Created by Nim Thongsuk – a Samui fruit farmer, these statues depict number of humans, animals and deities.

8. Snake Farm

In Snake Farm, visitors can get a close look of Thailand’s most poisonous and fearsome reptiles which will chill down one's spine. Visitors get a chance to touch some of snakes; and it is not for the faint-hearted.

9. Wat Plai Laem

This newly constructed colorful Buddhist temple has ornate art and 18-arm image of the Goddess of Mercy- Guanyin. This temple is surrounded by a lake with fishes in it; visitors who donate money to a temple are given food to feed the fishes.
