The Bank of the West Classic is the longest-running women-only professional tennis tournament in the world and is the first stop of the Emirates Airlines US Open Series. Owned and operated by IMG, the WTA Premier event features a 28-player singles draw and a 16-team doubles draw with total prize money of $753,000.
Seating Solutions was there to provide additional seating for this event. Green seats were a must therefore we supplied them with our safety code compliant Ultimate seating system, with a combination of our green VIP 903 box seats and green standard flips with a section of our Ultimate 24” bench style bleachers for general admission. Our system in total was able to seat over 1,300 tennis fans comfortably.

To help move fans to their seat with ease, our system included a crosswalk with two end railed staircases and three front loading railed staircases with egress to code compliance. Our system was fully picket railed and all aisles had mid-aisle handrails and contrasting aisle nosing for added safety. The Electronic Entertainment Expo

The Electronic Entertainment Expo, commonly known as E3, is an annual trade fair for the video game industry presented by the Entertainment Software Association. It is used by many video game publishers and accessory manufacturers to introduce and advertise upcoming games and game-related merchandise.

Seating Solutions teamed up with Bethesda to provide our safety code compliant, temporary Ultimate seating for this event supplying over 1,600 tiered and floortrack flip up seats. The Ultimate flip up seats with black padded seat covers and armrests kept the guests comfortable while the cup holders provided a place for their drinks. We customized the lower level of the tiered system with a cut out to fit a scaffold tower for one of their cameras. Behind the crosswalk on the upper level sat the VIP section with 36 of our high end black plush Bravo chairs. The upper level contained 2 vomitories and side stair towers were added off the crosswalk for additional entry & exit egress. A rear ‘front of house’ platform was built for camera and sound equipment with access through the aisles in the grandstand. Aisles and crosswalks were covered in carpet and black scrim covered the understructure for a completed finish.
