When a website does not offer these basic characteristics, then it is not rewarded with a high search engine page rank, meaning that it does not get the traffic or the visibility that it might in another search engine.
It appears that what Google hopes to achieve is search engine technology that inspires every internet marketer and website owner to use positive and user friendly practices to build SEO page rank rather than relying on sneaky and underhanded tactics in order to get ahead in search engine results pages. This constant evolution in Google’s technology surrounding SERPs is largely what has allowed it to remain one of the top search engines online today.
