Look Good Even When Pregnant-00-5065
When we conceive, there are considerable physical changes in our body that take place. Our tummy stretches, there are skin discolorations, we gain weight, and in some cases, our nose appears big, especially on the third trimester of pregnancy. It is because of hormonal imbalances in our body. In most cases, pregnant women tend to be self-complacent with how they look during pregnancy. It appears that since one is pregnant, she is expected to look at her worst. That since she is pregnant, she has the choice to look disfigured. I strongly disagree. The fact that you are pregnant, the more you have to look good because the beauty of your body and face is subdued by the fact that you are pregnant. I have listed usual problem areas in our body that changes and how to deal with them so we can be lovely and chic even when pregnant.
Problem AreasWeight Gain - At the end of the third trimester of pregnancy, our body weight tripled. Weight gain obviously manifests during the second trimester. It's because during this stage, pregnant women has insatiable craving for food because their baby inside the tummy clamors for nourishment. ...
... It is suggested that you buy fashionable maternity clothes. Yes it may really show that you are pregnant but you still look undoubtedly sexy. There are a lot of maternity jeans, trousers and tops offered in boutiques that covers your unflattering figure and at the same time is stylish.
In addition, to control your weight during pregnancy, be conscious of your diet. Make sure that you eat only nutritious food and not just filling foods to satisfy your craving. Splurge on fruits and drink plenty of water.
Skin Discolorations - There will be perplexing hues in your skin during your pregnancy. Your neck, nape and armpit begins to turn bleak. To hide away unsightly discolorations, keep these parts under wraps. As mentioned, there are a wide array of fashionable maternity clothing you can choose from. You may also use accessories like necklaces so attention is drawn to the necklace and not to your dark neck and nape. Also don't forget to always put sunscreen on and wear a hat when you go under the sun as this may add up to your already darkening skin.
Stretch Marks- Besides gaining weight and skin darkening, another displeasing sight during pregnancy are possibilities of stretch marks. Stretch marks are those mad red lines in your skin usually distinct in areas of our body that tend to expand like stomach, thighs, and in some cases, the buttocks. It all depends on your weight gain. Also, genetics play a part here. If your mother develops stretch marks during her pregnancy, you are most likely to develop too. To curb possibilities of stretch marks, along with eating a balanced and health diet, proper exercise and taking vitamins, you may consider applying creams and oils commercially available in the market. This will keep your skin hydrated, smooth and supple. Vitamins and creams helps keep your skin firm and solid, thus, reducing the possibility of stretch marks. On the other hand, itchiness in our stomach is likely, it is advised not to scratch your belly with the tip of your fingers, instead, use a washcloth to scratch it or gently rub it with the palm of your hands.
Havin' a baby is no excuse from feeling pretty and looking sexy. This is your time to shine and stand out in the crowd. Do not stay under roof and just wait for the big day to arrive. As I have gathered, most pregnant women tend to become lazy grooming themselves, forget to observe proper hygiene and settle with their unattractive looks. Go shopping for fashionable clothes, visit a salon and have your locks pampered, have a pedicure since you can't do it for now because of your bulging tummy. Be proud you are carrying a new entity within you but please don't neglect yourself.
