Today, as more Indian women are becoming financially independent, they are looking at homes as a strong asset. More women are looking at properties, instead of golds and cars as a stable choice for investment. However, the buying decision of a man and woman is different. Several researches have shown that women tend to take decision emotionally. Well, here are a few points which we have jotted to understand the buying decision of an Indian woman.

1) Safe neighborhood: A woman in India doesn’t want to get the alert alarm all day long. After the whole day of work, home should be in that safe zone where there is minimal or no disturbance. They want to feel safe walking to their house at night and have a goodnight sleep. So, for that a good and safe locality is indeed a vital point which woman considers.
