Among the causes of hair fall problems such as pregnancy child birth, dihydrotestesterone or male pattern baldness, birth control pills, ovarian cyst; stress is predominant now. People often go through financial stress, stress at work or family dispute etc. It has lead to thinning follicles and baldness at an early age. There can be hormonal imbalances when stress sets in. It is essential to tackle this before you resolve your thinning mane.

Telogen effluvium sets in due to pressure or emotional stress. Your roots of the shaft will be pushed prematurely into the resting state. It will soon start shedding off due to the shock caused to you. It can be chronic or acute, depending up on the amount of pressure you are going through. In case of an acute condition you can see handful of them shedding off more frequently. This can also be caused by severe infections, high fever, typhoid, child birth, surgery, thyroid problem, poor diet practices etc. Some time even medications can bring about a lot of problems.

... then hair looks coarse and dry, or flyaway.  The medulla is generally absent in naturally fine hair, and the outer layer is not thick enough. That's why fine hair is extremely vulnerable, easily tangled and difficult to comb, and it frizzles quickly in the sun, in chlorine water and at the hand of heated styling tools for women.  In men, male pattern baldness is a progressive condition of hair loss over time, so you may end up with isolated areas at the crown of your head that cannot be transplanted because you will be out of donor hair.

Whatever the cause may be, you must learn to tackle it rightly!

You can indulge in some kind of exercise or breathing. Some sort of physical activity will be sufficient to produce endorphins which are conducive to reduce stress levels. Even, an early morning walk will help you relax!

Do not think too much about one thing. It is advisable you don't think about the same thing over and over again. Stay calm! You can get into the habit of reading good books. Or else you can jot down what you are going through in order to vent out your emotions.

A gentle massage will rejuvenate your tired soul. It facilitates muscle relaxation and relieves pressure gradually. It helps stimulate blood flow to your scalp while relaxing your muscles. Drive away your emotional and mental pressure.
