Stacker truck is of several types that vary in strength, capacity and function. Loading materials and lifting weights is the prime utility of these trucks. These trucks are of great use at logistic sites, factories and warehouses where handling massive and heavy objects with manual force is a not only difficult but also impossible task. Stacker trucks with immense machinery strength are highly useful tools to handle iron objects and materials without application of manual force.

Stacker trucks are economical tools with technological advances. A stacker truck with an unusual loading capacity of as many as 2,000kg is used to execute a Herculean task in particular. It can lift a heavy weight up to a height of 205mm. With a dimension of 85mm in height, 540mm in width and 1,150mm in length, the truck comes with a load center of 600mm. The speed of lifting with this type of stacker trucks ranges from 26 to 38mm per second. A motor of 0.8kW/24V forms the mechanism of the truck and keeps the truck functional. A battery of 210Ah/24V keeps it supplied with power.

Most types of stacker trucks ...
... come with electronic magnetic brakes. These brakes are efficient enough to keep the movement of trucks in check, whenever necessary. The speed can be controlled by electronic means. Integrating a lifting motor of 3.0kW/24V and a travelling motor of 1.5kW/24V into its functional being, this particular type weighs 520kg.

Electric stacker trucks are much in demand for their efficient lifting and loading functions. Some electric trucks boast of their lifting strength up to 1,000kg. The height of lifting a heavy weight with these trucks varies from 1,600, 2,000, and 2,500 to 3,000mm. They absorb electric power in an amount of 220V/50Hz. The fork length ranges up to 1,000mm. Prime mover a kind of stacker truck comes with a standard dimension of 2,060 x 760 x 1,665mm.

Hand stacker trucks too offer lots of usability to get heavy-duty tasks done without any hurdle. With a dimension of 1,150mm in fork length and 560mm in width, these trucks measure 367kg in weight. They run on motor of 12V/1.6kW and derive power from battery of 100Ah/12V. A prime mover under the category of these trucks can load and lift a weight of 1,000kg easily.
