This year is coming to the end, the party organized by the company or the department will become to the primary activity every year. There are various parties by colleagues, chatting in a light-hearted way. If the boss presents at the table, it will lead to the solemn atmosphere. You have to speak prudently, behave carefully, and ponder the feeling of the boss. Many feel it uncomfortable to take part in the party when the boss is present.

It's very difficult to make a right decision. I think that would be to see what kind of people who are your boss. If he isn't a serious person, or he is a approachable and easygoing people. Then I would like to have dinner with my boss very much.

However, frankly speaking, I don't like to have dinner with my boss. I am not a good talker, I don't know ceremonies on the table except pouring tea or some drink sometimes. I feel very uncomfortable to have dinner with leaders if they are often very strict in the office. What's more, having dinner is a happy thing, i don't like that atmosphere that i still think what i should say at dinner's time.

Different from government office, ...
... industrial enterprises as profit purser they stress on beneficial results. Take a example, if you are a international sales, your boss cares about your ability of doing business, and how much your sales volume every month, and how many interest he or she will get from your transaction. Meaning while, if you are outgoing and good at with people will be better. Since interpersonal relationships is very important for your both life and career. So even so as an employee, get along well with your boss is the basic request for a staff. You can grasp at the opportunity of dinner with your boss to get closer with your head rather than to be a flatterer always.

All in all, Life whispers in your soul and speaks to your heart. Sometimes, when you don't have the time to listen... Life throws a brick at your head. It's your choice: Listen to the whispers of your soul or wait for the brick!
