Indians are known to be thriving in almost every nook of the world. And if you talk about USA, well probably the highest number of NRIs stays in USA today. New Jersey is one of the cities in USA where there are considerable numbers of Indian staying in. And as everyone knows that Indians are known for food. They love to eat as well as cook good food. Today I have searched out 4 different restaurants in the heart of New Jersey that serves Indian food from four different cuisines of India.

1. Karaikudi Chettinad Restaurant- This place is well-known for serving authentic chettinad food. Chettinad is a cuisine that originates from a small village in Chennai known as Nedungudi. The cuisine uses numbers of Indian spices including tamarind, dried flower pods, star aniseed and dried bark.
