Here are a few home workout routines that will really help you lose excess body weight, look amazingly slimmer and keep a perfect health.

- Walking: Walking is considered to be one of the best forms of exercises. However, you want to walk at home, you can do this by walking at one position at home. You can check the number of minutes you walked for. You can increase the speed gradually and later on start jogging at the same place. Though, it may seem boring, but you have to compromise as you don't have enough time to go out for an actual walk.
- Skipping: Skipping works on all your body parts and the best part about this form of exercise is that you can do it easily at home. However, you need to have enough space for the rope to easily swing around your body. It is a two way exercise, where you move your hands in circular motion as well as jump for the skipping rope to skip under your feet. Skipping for around 20 minutes daily will greatly help you to have a perfect figure in short time.
- Side and Front kicks: This exercise tones your leg muscles and you can lose excess fat deposited on your thighs and buttocks. Just on your music system and start kicking with regular counts in a specific direction. Then change the position of kicks and also gradually increase the number of counts.
- Bending with arms wide open: Side bends and front bends also help you to reduce excess fat on the lower body, that is, sides, hips, thighs and buttocks. You need to keep your arms wide open for the maximum stretch which helps to show desired results in less time.
- Stretches: Finally, you can wind up your home workout routine by lying straight on the floor and stretch your body and perform various floor exercises. You can lie down on your back and perform a set of stretches as well as you can lie on your front and perform several other forms of stretches. This will surely help you to reduce excess overall body fat, abdominal fat as well as improve your metabolism rate. An improved metabolism rate helps you to keep your body fit and fine and maintain a great body figure.
