Enjoy some shopping at the markets or sample a Turkish Coffee with some of Turkeys delicious and varied cuisine. Turkey really is a place for soaking up the diverse atmosphere at your own pace.

If you feel like venturing a bit further, the stunning UNESCO World Heritage Site of Cappadocia is especially worth while. Think cone shaped chimneys, and interesting natural rock formations, with a fascinating cultural her it age which stretches back to the Bronze Age.

It is a site that is seeped in ancient history and is a great way to immerse yourself in a country that has had so many important influences and periods. Indeed, this is what shapes the country. It manages to be modern, whilst some how still being able to take you back in time!
