What Is The Meaning Of House To Women?
Many years ago, when our people were living in the tube-shaped apartments or thirsting for the abode allocated by the state-owned companies, an American old lady started to change our concept to residential. Even the economists used the example that showing difference between Americans and Chinese in house purchasing to encourage people to enjoy the happiness today with money borrowed.
Thereupon, our people paid for the dwelling with all the savings successively and joined in the growing groups of mortgage slaves.
Our poor mortgage slaves, surviving under the furious fire from increasing interest rate and the gossip saying it served you right, enduring the great pressure that living standard becomes as low as the time before 1949, decide to make dream come true today with loan and promise they would never be ill, never think of resignation and never fall in the trap named salary reduction.
Recently, TV play that is named as dwelling narrowness is hotly played in the whole country, the topic about house surge up again. When watching the TV Play, I agree with the "haiping". To couple who have child, there ...
... is a fixed need to live in a two-bedroom house at least which generally above 80 square meters. Because the child in infancy needs our parents to look after and when the child grows, the separated room is needed, so the two-bedroom house is fixed need. As women, we hope that there is a house which belong to self in this strange city, that feeling is named as a sense of belonging. Maybe someone doesn't agree with my view, in fact, every woman hope so.
However, to someone in this city, they don't have to attend the mortgage slave. As an old inhabitant in a big city, the local government should make some ways to supply them a small house which at least can be live in crowd. But for the newcomer in the city, almost nobody can help them unless themselves.
Except for the above-mentioned, others can share a house with other friends. Then the money will be accumulated and will be used to pay the down payment. But then the celibatarian and non-salaried class don't have to consider the house problem. They can enjoy the life to the full and never be mortgage slave.
All in all, house is necessary in our life, so if we have the ability on the house, or we satisfy our needs by own hardworking, it is valuable to us. As a matter of fact, it is important that the government should regulate the house price to adapt to salaried class.
