Water Bags Communications Mandate For Homes Furnishings

Water Communications, a Mumbai-based Brand Communications agency, recently bagged the entire communications mandate for Homes Furnishings, a Brand from the house of GM Fabrics. The account was won following a multi-agency pitch.
Homes Furnishings exemplifies a new experience for the home connoisseurs by offering them high style furnishings that are used in a multitude of designer curtains and upholstery. A product of G M Fabrics, the Brand comes with a promise to give you the experience of international living. With an entire bouquet of products including curtains, bed and pillow covers, upholstery for your sofa sets, etc., the Brand offers some unique combination of designs under its various collections.
As part of its first assignment on the Brand, Water Communications gave the Brand a new look by redesigning the Homes Furnishings logo. It is also in the process of creating an entire campaign based on the Brand promise of ‘The Way the world lives’.

Talking about the bagging the new account and doing a new logo for the brand; Ms Vandana Sethhi, Director – Water Communications, said, “Handling communications for Brands in the ACI (Architecture, Construction and Interiors) space has been Water’s forte for quite some time now. Hence, Homes Furnishings was a perfect fit with Water. Interiors and Furnishings, which is part of this industry, being a creative category to work with, the team at Water, got designing a new logo for Homes and penning ideas and campaigns. The new logo aptly reflects the Homes Furnishings credo of ‘The way the world lives’. It beautifully symbolises the brand saliency and stands out in all communication collaterals.
As part of the new campaign, the agency plans to use a mix-media segment of digital and print. By doing so, Water is aiming at strengthening the bond between the discerning customers and Homes Furnishings, by designing power-packed communication collaterals”, added Ms Vandana Sethhi.
