Have you decided to order hog roast from a leading caterer? If it is for a private gala party or a corporate event, then serving the roast alone will not serve your purpose. You can't just serve its pieces to the guests for the dinner. There should be a complete menu which will complement the hog roast and make your party a success. Before ordering it, make sure that the caterer is dedicated to the job and has a team of trained chefs who can prepare the best quality of this delicious dish. Also, they should provide top quality supplies and ingredients. More so, the pig they serve should be free range and traditionally reared. So, let's have a look on the menu ideas complementing delicious hog roast.

For salads and sides, include roasted or buttered or diced herb potatoes, buttered corn, pasta and tomato salad, bean or Greek salad, mixed rice salad, potato salad with chives, plum tomato and Italian bread salad, roasted Mediterranean veggies and garlic baguette.



At the end, serve sweet delights like ice cream, candy floss, chocolate fountain or popcorn and coatings. Also, do not forget to serve kebabs, sandwich, yoghurt, fishcake, bacons, samosas for canapes.
