Magnesium is required for over 300 biochemical reactions insideour body. It aids in maintaining normal nerve and muscle function, keeps the rhythm of heart rhythm and strengthens bones. It is also involved in protein synthesis and energy metabolism. Keeping in view the skeletal muscles, deficiency of magnesium can cause cramps, twitches, muscle soreness, muscle tension– including tension headaches, back aches, jaw joint (TMJ) dysfunction and neck pain. Magnesium allows relaxation of muscles that reduces many of these symptoms.

Magsense is a powder that can be easily consumed and provides well-tolerated and an efficiently-absorbed form of magnesium. It is suggested to increases the daily intake of Magsense to 2 scoops at max, which should be consumed in divided doses, i.e. 1 scoop ...

Magsense contains magnesium bisglycinate, which is a magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine that makes it more absorbable. This substance is also gentle on the system i.e. it is very less likely that it will cause diarrhea.

There is no gluten added in the Magsense formula. However, the facility it is manufactured in is NOT gluten free, and as the facility manufactures process products that contain gluten, thus it cannot be confirmed 100% that there is no possibility of cross contamination.

Magsense is manufactured at a GMP facility that is certified by Health Canada. All the raw materials that are used in it are tested for safety, purity, and potency.
