Try To Impress Friends And Family With Handmade Chocolates

Handmade Chocolates are always a welcome by one and all. As such everyone loves chocolates but what makes this more special is the fact that these are made at home by someone who is a near and dear one. Which would mean a specialised attention and care taken to make it more better, sweeter and filled with flavours that would be loved by all.
It is no rocket science to make these at home. Here are the simple breakdown of the steps using which these can be made easily by anyone:
1. Choose ingredients – Decide what would be the type or flavour of choco that needs to be made. Then collect and keep all the required stuff handy and in a way they are quickly accessible during the process. Make sure if you need any added flavours or it would be only plain chocolate and butter and sugar that would be added.
2. Melt the bars – Choose the bars i.e. the concentration of cocoa you would need and accordingly melt them. Using a double boiling process by keeping a pot of water and then put the bars inside a bowl and keep it inside. This is done to ensure that the bar just melts and does not get burnt or stick to the ...
... vessel.
3. Add butter – While the cocoa pieces are melting add the required amount of butter and stir continuously. Once this is done, remove the mixture into a bowl.
4. Sugar – Ensure that the sugar is in power form. Also, sift the powder in a separate bowl to remove any lumps and then add this to the mixture in the bowl and then stir evenly. Now add the required milk to this and stir. Ensure the mixture should not be too flowy.
5. Pour into the Mould – choose the shape of the mould in which the chocolate needs to be set. Some people prefer to grease the mould by little butter while others do not think this is needed. The take of this depends on the person making the chocolate. Slowly pour the molten cocoa mixture into the mould taking care that it does not spill. Some people even use large syringes to pour the mixture carefully in the mould.
6. Set the molten mixture to freeze – Ideally the chocolate needs to be set in freezer over night or say for a good 10-12 hours to be set and harden up. It is obvious that for many who make this for the first time would be too excited and would want to peep into it frequently. But it is strictly advised to refrain from this as this would not allow the chocolate to set in fully.
7. Dressing – Once the shapes are fixed designs and personalised designs can be made using creams or icing or again molten chocolate to decorate or personalise the items further.
These are some simple steps that will help in making delicious and mouth watering delicacies. Handmade Chocolates are always a great gifting option as well.
