These tumors may be either benign, a non-cancerous tumor, or malignant, a cancerous in nature. The Benign tumors grow and press on nearby areas of the brain that may recur, but rarely spread into other tissues.
However, malignant tumors comparatively grow on a faster node and easily spread into other brain tissue, imposing a great threat to someone’s life. Further, these tumors are classified into various grades, out of which grade I and II tumors are classified as “Low-Grade” that rarely spread and easily removed with a surgical process.
Although, on the other hand, grade III and IV tumors are classified under the category of “High-Grade” tumors that quickly spread into nearby tissue and requires an additional set of medical treatments to treat them.
