All About E Liquid Composition
E liquid, also known as smoke juice is the flavoured nicotine based liquid that is used in E cigarettes to produce vapour. E-cigarette users inhale the vapour produced by heating the nicotine based liquid to enjoy a real tobacco smoking sensation.
The main components of all refill E-liquid flavours
All E-liquids are generally composed of up to four main ingredients- flavours, nicotine and a carrier liquid(PG, VG). When heat is applied, the carrier liquid vaporizes allowing you to enjoy that satisfying puff. The two types of carriers used in e-liquids are-Propylene glycol (PG) and vegetable glycerin (VG). Both are non-toxic and safe for human consumption.
Propylene Glycol: PG based e-liquid gives a stronger throat hit during inhale. It reproduces pure flavour taste.
Vegetable Glycol: VG is a sweet, thick, vegetable oil based liquid that produces denser vapour cloud than the PG based one solution. Owing to its sweet aftertaste, it is used as a sugar substitute in many products. A combined PG and VG blend is recommended as it is smoother and lighter then 100% PG base.
Nicotine: E juice packs ...
... containing nicotine are available in different nicotine concentrations. The nicotine level in e juice is printed on the packaging of the e juice packs and it is measured by the number of milligrams of nicotine in per milliliter of liquid. For example, 16mg/ml means the e juice contains 16 mg of nicotine in 1 milliliter of liquid. The higher the nicotine strength, the stronger the throat hit you feel. In order to give you a brief idea of varying nicotine concentration in different e liquids here we have given a list of approximate nicotine levels used by several reputed e liquid companies:
0mg/ml Nicotine: It indicates that there is no nicotine in your E-Liquid mixture.
Nicotine concentration of 6–8 mg/ml: It is the lightest level of nicotine an e juice mixture can contain. If you want to enjoy vaping with the smallest possible nicotine level select an e liquid mixture containing low nicotine concentration.
Nicotine concentration 12 mg/ml: It is a comfortable level of nicotine strength for people who like nicotine stimulation but are not heavy vapers.
Nicotine concentration of 14-18mg/ml: This medium range nicotine concentration is preferred by former regular cigarette smokers. With each inhaling, it produces a right amount of nicotine smoking sensation for the users.
24mg/ml Nicotine concentration: This is on the really high side of nicotine levels. Former heavy smokers, especially pack-a-day cigarette smokers prefer this nicotine level.
Nicotine concentration of 24–36 mg/ml: It is the highest nicotine concentration that an e cigarette can contain. People, who are generally former smokers with a serious tobacco smoking addiction, prefer this high dose of nicotine concentration.
Flavours: From regular tobacco, vanilla, chocolate to mint, there are a wide range of flavour varieties available in market. Flavoured e liquids provide you the taste you want. You can buy e liquid refill juice pack online or you can create your own flavours by mixing two different flavours together.
You can easily find e liquid packs in market or online which are absolutely nicotine free. These nicotine free e-liquid refill packs help you to quit the habit of regular tobacco smoking. With these e- juices you can enjoy vaping to its fullest without harming your health.
