Securing A Service Appointment - Details You Should Provide

From time to time you may have to get your Mercedes Benz car serviced. This could be after specific intervals of months or years to keep your car running in shipshape condition even after prolonged use or in case of a small accident or mishap, wherein your car needs to be repaired or even if you find certain parts need to be replaced due to damage or usage.

The service appointment request form is easily available online either on the brand or your dealer’s website. In the form, you would need to provide the following details:

Personal information and contact details:
You would need to provide your title – Mr. for men, Mrs. or Ms. for women and Dr. if you hold an MBBS, MD or PhD degree – and your full name. Vehicle Information:
Once you have finished providing your name and contact details, you can move on to furnishing information about your vehicle. First, you need to select your vehicle model. In case you have more than one Mercedes Benz car that you would like serviced, you can choose multiple models from the drop-down menu on your online form by pressing the ‘Ctrl’ key on your keyboard and clicking on each model that you’d like to select. Next, you need to fill in the readings of your odometer – namely the number of kilometers that the car has been driven since the last servicing.

Make sure to choose one that is close enough and in a location that is most convenient to you.
