Give him more than he expects!

When you give him a tentative date always make sure to count few days extra than you usually take to complete the same work. It also offers you enough time to finish work if there is any inevitable occurrence and you are unable to deliver it by the 2nd week. This strategy helps you to stick to the time lines. Follow up with feedback!

Do not forget to take your client's feedback on the services delivered. You must know what went wrong and try and ensure that it will never be repeated again. It also helps you to deliver better when there is another client of the same industry. If the client is happy, he will feel nice that his feedback and suggestions are valued and hence he has been asked for it. It always serves dual purpose!

Your customer will enjoy the free gift given to him. If it is something that suits his interest and personality then it is easy to win over his heart. There is greater loyalty towards your brand and service. Promotional products also help promote your new business.

Inform your customer's about the new product that you have added under your chain of products. Let him know what are the new services you have started so that he can find all that he is looking for under your brand itself. He will not go else where for it.

Let the customer know how much you value him. Sending greetings on special occassions will build a good rapport with the client. He also feels valued!
