Do you often experience stomach problems, digestive dis order and often resort to laxatives as an ultimate medicine to treat them? The concept with which the people use this product is that they think that this product just helps the toxins out of the body. Green tea, is a herbal remedy which can be used for constipation. Although, laxatives increase bowel movement, they do not let the large intestine absorb the essential nutrients. If they are taken in large amount and more frequently they may lead to severe weight loss. They can affect the absorption of fats in the body. It may also lead to greasy diarrhea and in turn lose weight.

Instead, make use of natural products and avoid getting addicted to the above alternative medicine to treat digestive problems. Most high fat foods, such as french fries, and processed foods must be avoided. Milk products, butter, cheese are also other products that must be avoided if you experience stomach problems. Your food fibre is also found in fruits and vegetables. Consuming lot of water can soften your tools. There is no need of over the counter medications and pharmaceutical stool softners required. You just need natural products in order to fix your stomach problems. Bulimia and anorexic patients are the ones who achieve rapid weight loss. Water and apple, pear or prune juices are the ones which adds softening elements to your digestive system and thus improves digestion.

High fat and low fiber diet is the reason for constipation. If you replace your diet with good fibre content and water there is no need for any other medication. It is often said that consuming such over the counter medications may make you get addicted to it. You can also change to low fat milk or soy milk in case of your children (as long as your child is at least two years old), both of which can be less constipating than whole milk.
