Culprit of such a bowel problem is due to a combination of a high fat and low fiber diet. Shift from a high fat milk to low fat, skimmed milk. You can also use soy milk as an alternative. These have enzymes in them which enhance digestion in your body. You can consider eating sprouted green grams, cucumber and other green leafy vegetables which can be eaten raw. If you are reducing dairy products because of constipation, be sure to find an alternative source of calcium, such as calcium fortified orange juice.

Eat fibre rich foods such as bran, wheat bread, corn, oats which are low in fat but are high in proteins and minerals at the same time it is good for bowel problems. Red or boiled rice is good for health instead of white rice. Not to forget is the level of fluid you take every day which must be high. Increase the intake of fluid each day, especially water and apple, pear or prune juice. If you can try drinking barley water in order to add fibre and water to your body's digestive system!
