The Dot peen markers are available in three main categories, namely, Individual work stations, Integrated systems and portable hand held units.
Individual work stations: These are column- mounted machines. They work as a secondary marking process operating alongside production lines. They are designed to ensure a long shelf life and reliability irrespective of working environment.
Integrated systems: These systems are directly integrated into production lines. Such systems have a compact design, long-term reliability and high marking speeds. There are three different customizable options you can choose from.
Portable hand held units: Suitable for working environments where maneuverability and versatility is required. The E1 series of hand held units are the latest development of portable dot peen markers. They are designed for enhanced portability and maneuverability. The E10 series are upgraded versions of E9 series.
The dot peen technology can be used to permanently mark surfaces up to 63 HRC hardness. In addition, this technology does not cause any kind of stress on the surface that is being marked.
