In my post graduation I participated in a workshop. The workshop was based on the use of iron and steel. After the whole day workshop we the participants are required to take part in an essay and drawing competition. After a couple of time allotted for the competition, I was unable to write the relevant essays. Suddenly I had an idea of writing an essay along with some relevant drawings. The drawings were that of the various items made up of iron and steel. A little write up was also there. After the competition was over and judges were ready to announce, I was just about to leave. At that moment my name was announced for winning the first prize. It was a memorable moment and also a dreamy one. They declared me winner for not drawing a superb picture or not because of a superb writing. The cause was just due to the mixture of drawing and write up explaining the usability of the metal or the alloy.

Till date the usability and vastness of iron and steel use are increasing day by day. According to the economic statistics India is now the fourth largest producer of iron and steel. The giant manufacturers of ...
... these products in India are very renowned. Some of them are the exporters of the same. The increase in the production of steel throughout the world and in India also, has increased considerably for the last decade. A number of manufacturing units producing these products came into existence.

The more the number of these plants and industries, the more is the number of employment. This is a good sign in terms of the economy of a country. Also there are other benefits in building the industrial units. When the units are smaller in terms of production and employees, the production quantity only meets the need of the country or the local region. When it crosses the basic quantity and in abundance, the production is meant for exporting to other countries. Steel is produced in large quantities in India. To get the standard quality of this alloy certain other alloys are required. These are also made up of iron in large quantities.

To enhance the quality of the production of the main alloy of iron, these alloys made from iron as the base material along with Silicon, Manganese, Aluminium, Molybdenum and some other elements in significant amount. These alloys are earlier imported from other countries like USA, China, Australia, Russia etc. The production units of India thought of saving the money required for importing a large quantity of these alloys from other countries. They then started the manufacturing units for the alloys required to enhance the quality of the steel. After starting to meet the requirement of the alloy for India, the manufacturing units enhanced the production of these Ferro alloys. The stage has aroused now when the industrial Ferro Alloys Manufacturer India became the exporter of Ferro. Silico Manganese Manufacturer Kolkata is growing day by day with the target of becoming the world’s number one.
