Tips To Promote Healthy Lifestyle!
Staying thin is not being healthy. People often have a misconception that thin is healthy. Even if you are of mediocre weight, you can still remain healthy. People often resort to unhealthy practices in order to stay thin. Instead of eating well, they resort to fasting which leads to further complication. Replace your heavy food products by having juice. Get your daily dose of minerals, vitamins, and enzymes by consuming juice. Strike a good balance between eating and exercise.
Boost your digestive system, by eating healthy. You can add fibre rich food such as vegetables and legumes and natural probiotic products found in curds, soya milk and other milk products. Fiber dissolves into the intestinal water, a gel like substance, much like glue, is biologically created. This brings about excellent digestion, it also reduces the speed at which the abdomen evacuates, this further promotes digestion by softening your stools. It is nature's best laxative. It provides individuals with that sense of fullness, based upon bulk and indigestible factors as to insoluble fiber, resulting in less volume of food consumption.
According ...
... to world health organisation, WHO, a person is considered healthy if he is physically, mentally and emotionally fit. In order to stay healthy you should avoid food which is high-fat, high-sugar, calorie-rich, highly refined processed foods as they are poor in nutrient value. Salads with some salt added or fruits during your break time will make a good snack for you. Sprouted grams or cereals are also good for snacks. Soaking seeds overnight in water activates their inherent enzymes and makes them easier to digest. Do not avoid protein rich food such as milk, cheese and butter, you must have them in small amount. Eating excessively results in a depletion of enzymes in the body. As there is greater pressure on the pancreas to secrete greater amounts of enzymes than normal, enzymes get depleted in the process.
Did you know that exercise helps digestion? Yes, it promotes good health and enhances your digestive system functions. Drinking warm drinks such as herbal tea may help digestion better than ice cold drinks or aerated drinks. Psyllium or bran, grains and cereals also promote digestion. Avoid, peppermint or chamomile which is not good for your stomach. Lactobacillus acidophilus is a digestive aid, this is found in plenty in food products such as yoghurt(curds). Use this for your breakfast or snacks, you can even buy over the counter medications with lactobacillus acidophilus to correct your digestive system.
