I'm not saying that getting paid by the company is wrong or there could be problems all I'm saying here is that you have to decide for yourself what feels comfortable for you.

For me it was a no brainer I didn't want to deal with any products and I would rather be paid directly from the people who I bring in rather than the company. What I found was cash gifting has the best of worlds.
