• Can I work out a customised menu according to the dishes of my choice or do I have to choose from one of the preset menus? Can I make a special request for a particular dish?

• Do you have provisions to accommodate some dietary restrictions?

• What arrangements do you have for the starters and the buffet tables?

• Do you include themed venues or decor?

• What are your charges for the children's meals?

• How much will the charges for the vendor's meals be?

• Is the wedding cake included in the per person meal price?

• Can I have a look at some of the photos of wedding cakes that you have had in the past?

• Can I taste the food before finalising?

• Do you handle or provide the facility of equipments and accessories like chairs, tables, etc.?

• What category of linens, glassware and plates will you have?

• Is the presentation included? (Chair covers, lounge furniture etc)

• What are your policies on the cleaning up?

Business Related:

• What will be the ratio of the serving personals to the guests?

• What will the dress code of the people who are serving?

• How much time you need to set up and pack up the event?

• If the event lasts longer than decided, what will be your overtime charges?

• Till when can I give you a final guaranteed guest count?

• What is the mode of payment that you normally accept?

• Are there any hidden costs that are not included in the proposal but we should be aware of?

• May we have a look at some of the references that you have worked with before?
