Puerto Vallarta Real Estate To Receive Improve Urban Image For Nuevo Vallarta And Riviera Nayarit

The Nuevo Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit are the areas in the Puerto Vallarta Real Estate region that have seen some of the most growth and development over the past decades. During the end of 2009, the government of these regions is laying out a plan to complement the expansion of these key parts of the Puerto Vallarta Real Estate area with an improved urban image. The new plan will be of interest to buyers considering buying in Puerto Vallarta, helping to add value of properties in the area.

In mid-October, the region's urban planner, Manuel Lanzagorta, introduced the project to entrepreneurs, some civil servants in municipal urban development and the mayor Hector Paniagua. In the traffic circle, there would be an icon that gives identity to the state and idea of "Riviera Nayarit;" one consideration is a large, old-fashioned ship, displaying the crests of the municipalities that make up the Riviera Nayarit, among other details that would catch the attention of visitors.

A total of three overpasses that are in the plan - one in Nuevo Vallarta, one in Mezcales and one on "Estaciones de Bucerias" Avenue , which will connect the new highway that goes to Valle de Banderas.

The municipality intends to start the project with a well defined architectural program. The current plan is that private companies will be responsible for building one overpass, the municipal government for another, and the state for the third. There is also a plan for another bridge between Nayarit and Puerto Vallarta over the river Ameca.

The new bridges and infrastructure projects will not only convey a new "modernized" image, but will also improve travel times around the Puerto Vallarta area. As this city grows, and continues to offer more services for those who live here, the new roads will make it easier to get around and make use of these conveniences. They likewise show the governments commitment to staying on top of things, making sure that the area's infrastructure keeps up with the growth of the city, and make real estate purchase in Puerto Vallarta worth even more.
