B&B means a place bed and breakfast. This is basically a place where you pay and receive a bed and breakfast in the morning. This might be a hotel or an apartment offering these services, due to difference in services offered a cross many B&B you will find them stating different price. A basic classification can be designed to categorize the B&B as either cheep or expensive. Cheep B&B are those areas where a majority of people can afford to pay for these services while the expensive ones can be termed as those affordable by only the rich people/limited part of the population.

This B&B is in close proximity to Bundeena beach. It consists of two separate self contained rooms. These are Frangipani suite; which is a self contained with an external entrance for convenience purpose, it has a large comfortable suite with a king size bed and spa bath. It also has a kitchenette, a dining setting, and a sofa lounge. A self catered breakfast is provided. Tranquillity is a self-contained with an external entrance for convenience; it has a queen size bed, an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet, and basin. It is located on the Old Homes highway between Piston and Tumour .it is on a high ridge with a spectacular outlook over an ever-changing valley. It is built in Western red cedar on 7.5 acres. It offers accommodation in either three queen size spa rooms in the lodge or in the privacy of blue Wren cottage. This is a two bed roomed self-contained cottage. There is open fire, birdsong, homemade afternoon tea or super, sumptuous breakfast, port and chocolate before bed.

3. Jacaranda Bed and breakfast - Balgowlah
This B&B is located only five minutes form manly by car. It offers self contained accommodation in a quiet and nice cul-de-sac Balgowlah golf course. It has a private entrance. Accommodation consist of one bedroom with a king size bed or two single beds. There is a separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a fridge, a television, ceiling fan and heater.
