At Praj Hipurity, we deal with providing a niche category of services that helps firms optimize their use of a precious resource like water. Backed by experienced team of experts, we have developed water purification systems that allow industries to minimize the wastage and yet streamline their operations to achieve an increased efficiency rate. Currently, we cater to the pharmaceutical industry, Bio mechanical segment, cosmetic industry and several other areas. However, we are able to successfully do so due to the support provided by our strong base of employees.

Given the crucial role that our employees play in order to determine our success, we consider it extremely important to provide them with a working environment that takes care of their needs. At Praj HIpurity, we believe that employees are a part of our extended family. Don’t get us wrong, we don’t breach the line to interfere with their lives. However, as and when they require assistance, we try to do whatever is possible.
Even in the work place, we don’t believe in burdening our employees with our ideas. Being a part of the highly esteemed Praj group, we have always believed in giving them the required freedom in order to be able to think better. It is this trend that puts us several notches above the other companies in this category. Innovation has always been our strength because we have always given our workers the freedom to think and suggest their ideas to improve the efficiency of the process. This also ensures that our employees enjoy doing their job and therefore work better.

As part of our work culture, we do have a hierarchy but the subordinates are always free to approach their seniors to discuss ideas, identify problems, suggest remedial measures, etc. We also have a whistle blower policy, wherein employees are allowed to complaint to the management and yet maintain their confidentiality. Needless to say, the management will do the necessary inquiry to get to the truth of the matter and accordingly penalize those who are guilty.

Working as a team, we often go out for employee picnics and occasionally even take our respective families. Such moments are excellent bonding opportunities that strengthen us as a team and help us perform better.
