We were ecstatic to see the article last Friday at Springleap. We’re constantly focused on working hard and executing on our vision and once in a while we get a nod from the publications we respect the most in the world. Today is such a day.

Internally at Springleap, we’re all Fast Company affectionados through and through. Literally reading Fast Company, CoCreate and CoDesign every day. So when we were listed at the 7th most innovative company in the world out of the top 50 by a publication we respect so much… we were pretty blown away.

The article in Fast Company magazine covers some of the elements of our pivot and Springleap winning the United Nations World Summit Award for innovation as well as Mentorcamp Global and Innovation 100 Awards in the USA.

Springleap’s major pivot came around from a desire to find a model that incorporated a crowdsourcing model in design, without the speculative work involved. We wanted everyone to get paid. This led us to take a long, hard look at the tech we had on hand as well as that which we were striving toward.
