Target Audience
The exam is a part of two exams that test the candidate’s abilities and knowledge to design, implement, maintain and manage a Windows Server 2012 desktop environment in highly virtualized large scaled company/organizational environment. The basic target audience are IT professionals and this is a credit towards an MCSE 70-415 Certification.

70-415 Exam Details
The candidate can register for the Microsoft Implementing a Desktop Infrastructure exam by making an account and scheduling with Pearson VUE and Prometric. Exam results are usually given in seven business days and with Pearson VUE it only takes one. Transcripts are usually updated as early as possible within the seven business day deadline.

The exam is given in six languages; English, German, French, Japanese, Chinese (simplified) and Portuguese (Brazilian). A Windows Server 2012 is the environment the candidate is expected to operate on. The70-415 Exam Questions are very technical in nature.

Designing and deploying desktops would require the candidate to design a method and then implement the deployment infrastructure. He would also have to implement a Lite Touch and a Zero Touch deployment. He would also have to design and implement user state migration.
Planning and implementing a remote desktop services infrastructure entails planning and configuring a Remote Desktop Session Host. He would also have to plan and implement a Remote Desktop Virtualization Host infrastructure, plan and configure a Remote Desktop Connection Broker, a Remote Desktop Gateway and Remote Desktop Web Access interface.

Designing and configuring the desktop settings would require the candidate to design and configure user state virtualisation; configure Remote Desktop client experience and desktop security.
