There are situations wherein an honest and efficient employee may involve in any wrong doing or drug addict later in his tenure. An honest employee before can also involve in some serious scandals. These calls the importance of substance abuse testing which is one of the most crucial checks needs to be done while doing re-screening of tenured employees.
