Google And Bing Their Advantages And Differences

Nowadays many people know the meaning of the acronym SEO, Search Engine Optimization and promotion for Google, Yahoo and the Bing search engines of the World Wide Web. It is well known that high technologies develop much faster than any other contemporary field. Only recently has Microsoft launched a new search engine as we know called Bing.

If you are a good SEO promoter, then you do have all necessary instruments and know how to apply them. Of course, Google still remains the largest search engine provider with around 690% of market share, and will have the leading and dominant role in web space for some time to come. However, Bing is a good restructured attempt by Microsoft to win back market share and although less powerful is still a good internet tool. So the web master should perform think hard about search engine optimisation on all three engines, then there will be a greater opportunity to widen the market and compete among online businesses. Here I wish to make the point with reference to age of a domain being an important factor for Bing. SEO professionals know well about this point. Why is it so? Search engines trust reliable and older domains that have worked for some years not some days, thus an aged domain will have certain benefits and advantages over a new one.

Another good point to understand is that of Bing and outgoing links. Google does not encourage the use of these, more than that Google can punish you if you are not careful. But Bing loves and stimulates outgoing links, rewarding the site with higher points. So be careful and make some but not too many quality links, relevant to the topic. Try not to overdo with linkage. Good links will increase traffic to your website and users will be satisfied. Again when readers like your links, Google likes what readers like.

Thus Google and Bing have different ranking regimes, and a careful balance must be kept in order to rise on both. For example, the first one starts to index the page from the top to the bottom, Bing is grouping data into sub-categories. It means that you must distribute key words and key phrases taking into account these peculiar features either on the top or on the bottom of the page. One you have created a link in Bing, you need to write related text which will become the anchor text. This again is an important factor; remember text is connected with the corresponding pages. You had better include keywords in your title, Bing likes it. Another difference between Google and Bing is form of web presentation: the Google likes blogs whereas Bing prefers static websites.
