DEBT REDUCTION: 10 THINGS TO AVOID, TO REMEMBER, TO DO.
L O O K A T Y O U: Are you in debt?
Take a look at your life. You have your family, you have your job, you have your car , you have things you like. Close your eyes now. Think how much your life costs the way it is settled now. Think of the money you have earned during building this life status, and then of the money you have spent to build it. Compare the two numbers. If the money you have spent are more than the money you have earned, then you are definitely in debt. It can be mortgage, credit cards, or personal loans. Whatever it is if you owe more than your 100% of your annual income on short-term personal loans, those that usually have the highest interest rate, then you are in trouble. Same thing if your payments are more than the 60% of your monthly income. You are in debt. And debt means trouble.
