Transform Your Capture Page Into A Lead Magnet. Taking One Single Step

Whether it's called capture page, squeeze page, simple website landing page, or simple website capture page, its sole function is to collect contact information of prospects in exchange for something of high perceived value. This transaction is also refered to as an ethical bribe.
When making a capture page, the first thing that must be dealt with is decide what types of leads are we going to generate with the lead capture lage.
There are four general classes of leads that must be targeted and these are:
1. opportunity leads - individuals that are looking and searching the web for joining their first business opportunity or looking to join a new/another one;
2. prospects for the type of products we're presently marketing;
3. prospects for generic information (with no mention of our primary products or business opportunity);
4. prospects for a specified company name that we're advertising (products and opportunity included).
A consistent marketing system will include capture pages that target all these four lead categories, but in the early stages of your network marketing is ...
... best to get at least one type of squeeze page generating targeted leads and creating a constant income to leverage your expenditures.
In order to make a capture page highly focused towards rendering a specific lead category, you must determine your target markets. Notice that your target markets will always gravitate around those four individual lead categories. The aim here is to minimize your cost per lead and start generating money as soon as possible.
Target market #1 - individuals who already spend money in network marketing
This is your primary market, where you should build a solid presence in. You must constantly be advertising your business opportunity to people who purchased one of your products or are spending money on similar products in network marketing.
Target market #2 - individuals who are curently researching your company name on the internet
Always make this category your secondary objective in marketing your business.
They have chosen the company with which to start their network marketing business and are curently searching for a team to join that offers three key start-up ingredients: a trustworthy leader, a strong marketing system that produces results, great coaching programs and support.
Target market #3 - individuals who intend to start a home business.
These prospets haven't started spending money in network marketing so far and are looking for the best opportunity to start a home business.
Althought they have an active interest in starting a home business, until they don't make the first purchase in the industry they should be considered as being a reliable source of constant income for your business.
Target market #4 - individuals who are looking for your exact product
Needless to say that these are your warmest leads when selling products. Compare them to Target Market #2.
Target market #5 - individuals who use related products or services to yours
Activelly purchasing related products or services, these candidates should be your secondary focus when constructing a capture page to generate prospects to promote your products to.
Target market #6 - individuals looking for a solution to their problem
This target market has as correspondent Target Market #3. The difference between the two is in the problem to be solved - whole range of problems vs. financial problem.
A good approachto be considered for getting these prospects on your mailing list is to provide a valuable informational material - P.D.F. PodCast, Video series - preferable for free or at a minimum price, that offers a solution to their problems, promoting, in the same time, your product as being a part of that solution. This helps you in positioning yourself as a trustworthy resource for future reference and as a buying alternative.
The more you focus your copy on a narrow lead category, the bigger the increase in quality you'll obtain with the leads generated. This is done simply by addressing a problem and proposing a solution to that problem or need.
All that is required to create an optimized capture page is sharpened copywriting, a valuable ethical bribe and professional overall page formating. Note that I didn't mention the design, as the majority believes is important. The best capture pages on the industry evolve around good copy and valuable content that's "sold" for the prospect's contact information.
