About Cabotella

Cabotella is the signature ale from Baja Brewing Company. Founded in 2007 by Jordan Gardenhire, Charlie Gardenhire and Rob Kelly, the Baja Brewing Company is the first brewery in Baja California Sur. From the start, the company’s mission was to bring a craft brewing culture to Mexico similar to that in Colorado, where Jordan, Baja Brewing Company’s brewmaster, first began brewing beer while in college at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
