How To Invest In Dda Housing Scheme's
Delhi Development Authority (DDA) housing scheme is open from 1st sept 2014 to 9th October 2014. It is expected that the draw of lots for flats in Delhi will happen after 15 to 20 days after the last day of form submission. Many people are looking to invest in DDA flats in Delhi, this is because these flats are being offered below average Delhi property rates. Although there are just 25,034 flats the civic authority is expecting that they will receive lakhs of applications. Infact the DDA's website had crashed after a few years after the scheme had opened. Most of the counters had also run out of forms. Looking at the rush for application forms people are thinking how to invest in DDA application form.
Any person who is an Indian citizen and who is above 18 years can apply for the DDA property in Delhi for sale.
The applicant must not own any plots, property or flats in Delhi, even joint property owners cannot apply for this scheme.
Application forms can be bought though designated branches of 13 banks authorized by the DDA for Rs. 150.

People who have downloaded the form will have to pay Rs 150 seperately while submitting the form.
Form have to be submitted alongwith PAN card details.
A registration fee of one lakh rupees also has to be paid while applying for a flat.
There is no need of attaching any document with the form.
People will have to give three flat options in the application forms.
Each flat type and option will have a unique code.
People will have to fill in these unique code on the forms.
After the scheme will close by the housing authority will divide the application forms and flats offers in five equal buckets.
A computerized draw of lots will pick up the first name and will search for its preferable flat.
If first preference is unavailable then it will look into the second option, If all the three options are unavailable in the bucket then the computer will pick up a new applicant from the bucket.
A person can put only one application.
A couple can submit different applications but if both husband and wife win an allotment. One of them will have to surrender their allotment.
Out of 25034 property in Delhi for sale 22,627 are 1BHK flats in Delhi, 1,125 are Janta flats, 700 are EWS flats, 561 are 2BHK and only 21 are 3 BHK.
