Who it is the guilt?
One of my teses is that we have been governed for imcompetent people. One of the available tests that they certify this incompetence if summarizes to a citation of the problems that we had in years 50 and of that we still have today. I make this in the last chapter of this book, but I anticipate myself here. It is, therefore, one proves historical, established in facts.
As you know, against facts does not exist arguments. It is important to tell some things, so that if it can evaluate cold as we were in the half of the passed century, stops later comparing that situation with the end of the century, and same with the current situation.
