This product is an antihistamine. It acts by jamming certain usual substances called histamines that are responsible for allergic symptoms.
Precautions:
Prior to use it; tell your physician or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you have any additional allergies. This product may hold inactive ingredients (such as preservatives like benzalkonium chloride), which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details.
By using this medicine, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: kidney harms.
This drug may make you sleepy. Do not drive, use machinery, or do any activity that requires alertness until you are sure you can perform such activities safely. Do not use alcoholic ...

A bitter taste in the mouth, sleepiness, a burning feeling inside the nose, sneezing fits, nausea, weight gain, muscle aches, and red eyes may happen. Odd feelings on the skin(e.g., pins and needles, crawling sensation) may also occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
The bitter taste can be decreased by sniffing gently through your nose after each spray, rather than breathing in through your nose so deeply that the medication goes to the back of your throat and gets into your mouth.
Keep in mind that your doctor has prescribed this medication because he or she has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Many public using this medication do not have severe side effects.
A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is unlikely, but seek instant medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of a serious allergic reaction may include: rash, itching/inflammation dizziness, breathing problem.
