The Nutrition Value Of Feta Cheese

The popular feta cheese is high in nutrition. It is made mostly of sheep milk or sheep and goat milk. It adds a great taste when added to salads due to its tangy taste. Since sheep’s milk is rich in vitamins and minerals this cheese is more nutritious. It has high levels of calcium, magnesium, manganese, iron and potassium which are all very important for our health. Too much of anything is most certainly not recommended and the same goes for feta cheese, but a regular addition of this cheese to the diet is indeed beneficial.
