Rio de Janeiro is one of the most fascinating cities in the entire world not only because of the exquisite beaches, beautiful girls or the carnival; it is also a great city because of the numerous events that are being held each and every single month in Rio. If you are planning your vacation here in September make sure you check out some of the cultural spots in Rio like the Military Museum located at Estrada do Mato Alto, 6.024 - Barra de Guaratiba. Another worth visiting museum would be the Republic Museum which was the place for Brazil's Republican Government from 1897 until 1960.
